A special reminder: Our Book Fair will be OPEN until 6:30 pm tonight so that parents can come shop! We'd love to see a lot of families take advantage of this great opportunity to get some books together.

Don't forget tonight is Family Literacy Night at Park Avenue 5:30 pm-7:00 pm. We will have free pizza in the cafeteria, hot apple cider and stories on the commons, and fun games and prizes in the 100 building. Bring the whole family for an awesome evening of free fun!

Park Avenue After School program begins on Tuesday 9/3. It runs from 3:30-6. We still have spots available and applications can be picked up in the office. For more information call Mrs. Perry at 505-334-9469 ext 1774.
Park Avenue's first Parent, Teacher, Kid Organization of the year is on Monday at 3:30 in room 502. This serves as our Parent Advisory Council and we plan many fun things for kids and staff. All parents are welcome to come join to help make Park Avenue a great place to be! Our tentative agenda includes discussing our goals for the year, reviewing the PTKO budget, planning fundraisers, and discussing upcoming events.
Parents, Park Avenue completed a Secure Drill as part of our Safety Plan this morning at 8:30. All is well at Park Avenue.
